Recently, our Director Jane Gaunt and Operations Manager Katherine Jones had the privilege of presenting at the Women’s Pensions Network (WPN) event at Eversheds Sutherland’s Manchester office.

This insightful session focused on strategies for self-promotion, confidence-building, and career advancement—helping women “lean in” to opportunities, avoid underselling themselves, and proactively showcase their skills and achievements.

To enhance the session, Jane and Katherine curated a compelling video featuring successful women in the pensions industry. These accomplished professionals shared their top tips for self-promotion and building confidence—providing invaluable guidance for women looking to advance in their careers.
