Professional Support Lawyers

The scope of the Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) and Knowledge Manager role in private practice has developed and grown over recent years. As the scale and importance of the role has grown, so has the number of available opportunities, from junior to counsel level PSL and Knowledge Management roles.

We are well placed to help existing PSLs and Knowledge Mangers who are looking for a change in role or step up to a more senior position, as well as Lawyers who are interested in making a first move into a non-fee earning role.

We will work with you to ensure you have a good understanding of the role, and the skills required to make a successful move into a PSL/Knowledge Manager position and ensure the move is the right one for your career and long term development.

One of the causes we are particularly proud of is our involvement with the Charity Building Malawi, a small UK based charity committed to improving opportunities for children in Malawi. We are also delighted to support community clubs and projects. We sponsored youth football teams for a number of years and make annual contributions to the Trussell Trust, a charity supporting food banks across the UK to provide emergency food and support to people locked in poverty. In a personal capacity, members of our team also volunteer in the community helping schools, athletics clubs and refugee charities.
