Kat has worked in the legal recruitment industry for over 20 years, placing Lawyers and PSLs of all levels into firms across the City.

Kat joined Ardent in 2021 in the role of Operations Manager, bringing with her a wealth of industry knowledge and contacts. As well as supporting the team day to day Kat is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the business and supporting on Ardent’s key objectives of becoming a socially conscious business.

When she is not at work much of Kat’s time is spent trying to keep up with her children’s social engagements. She is also a newly signed up North East London Enterprise Advisor for the Careers and Enterprise Company, an organisation that brings businesses and schools together to ensure that work experience and career learning are at the heart of a young persons education. Kat is passionate about social mobility and levelling the playing field for all students.
