Jane provides consultative services to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarking, interview preparation, and career development. Her skills in recruiting, interviewing, and consulting have helped her build long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates and deliver high-quality results.

Whilst Jane has a vast amount of experience of recruiting solicitors and partners across all practice areas, she has a specialist and unrivalled focus on recruitment into the pensions sector having qualified as a Pension Solicitor before moving into legal recruitment in 2010. She also has a significant amount of experience in areas such as employment, incentives, tax, competition, corporate, finance, financial services, construction and private wealth.

Since 2016 Jane has been instrumental in growing Ardent Legal Recruitment and as a business owner is committed to the growth of the business at all levels.

In her spare time, Jane spends most of her time running around after her two young boys, Max and Hugo, whilst trying to find time to focus on her other interests which include, general health and well-being and travelling to new and interesting places.
