Matt is an Associate-level search and recruitment specialist who undertakes a combination of search and contingent assignments.

He predominantly recruits for US Law Firms in London, but also has a breadth of experience across all disciplines in private practice. He also covers the UAE and Singaporean market for Ardent.

Matt has been in legal recruitment since 2014 following a career change, and was reunited with former colleagues when he joined Ardent in 2020. He has forged an outstanding reputation in the legal market as someone who both Lawyers and clients admire for his honest and personable approach.

In his free time, Matt entertains his two young children, Leo and Carmela. When he has a spare hour or so, he unwinds watching sport!
